국제 청소년 컨퍼런스 in 성남
성남시청소년청년재단은 국제교류를 통해 청소년들이 세상을 바라보는 시야를 넓히고,
나아가 세계를 이끌 글로벌 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
청소년들이 다양한 문화와 시각을 이해하고 존중하며,
변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 글로벌 마인드셋을 키워내는 데
그 목적을 두고 국제교류사업을 전개하고 있습니다.
2026년 5회차를 맞은 국제 청소년 컨퍼런스 in 성남(IYCS)은
지금까지 세계 12개의 도시, 354명의 청소년이 함께한
성남시청소년청년재단의 대표 국제교류 사업입니다.
격년으로 개최되는 IYCS는 다양한 배경을 가진 청소년들이 깊이 있는 토의와 협업의 과정을 거쳐 공동 합의까지 도달하는 과정을 촉진하는 것을 목표로,
온 지구의 청소년들이 한 자리에 모여 각자의 의견과 경험을
자신 있게 표현하고 교류하는 경험을 제공합니다.
Introduction to the Seongnam City Youth Foundation
The Seongnam City Youth Foundation supports young people in broadening
their perspectives and growing into global leaders through international exchange.
Our international programs aim to help youth understand and respect
diverse cultures and viewpoints, and to develop a flexible,
globally minded attitude toward a rapidly changing world.
The International Youth Conference in Seongnam (IYCS),
now entering its 5th edition,
is our Foundation’s flagship international exchange initiative.
To date, the conference has brought together 354 young participants
from 12 cities around the world.
Held biennially, the IYCS encourages young people from diverse backgrounds
to engage in in-depth discussions, collaborative activities,
and a consensus-building process.
It provides a platform where youth from across the globe gather in one place
to confidently express their ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Participants : approx. 109 persons (70 Youths, 10 Coordinators and 29 Group Leaders)
Participants will be composed of youths born between 2008 and 2013.
